The strawberries were included among the super foods that “keeping young people” in the special ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) classification, compiled by the USDA (US Department of Agriculture), for the hight content in antioxidants, beneficial to health.
Some research has shown that, thanks to their content of folic acid, the strawberries are useful for the maintenance of memory.
